- Healthy diet. Your body needs specific vitamins, minerals and various nutrients to continue its daily functions. By eating a balanced diet that is complete with all the essential nutrients, you can be likened to a well-oiled machine, operating at utmost efficiency.
- Relax. Maintain perfect balance in your life, even in terms of activity. Do not overexert yourself to the point of breaking down. Pause for a while and take time to breath. Allow yourself to get even a short vacation from work, or whichever your stressor is, so that you can collect yourself and rest.
